My spreadsheet and my Drive are enough. What would change?
For managing, yes. For proving, no: a cell has no time, no author, no link to the record. Here, the session you plan produces the agreement, the attendance sheet and the certificate, and the indicator’s status is computed from what was actually done.
Anything to install? How long before I am up and running?
Nothing to install: a web application, a recent browser is enough, for you and your trainees. Create the organisation, a course sheet, a first session — a starter checklist guides you, and the documents come out the same day.
I have no time to re-enter everything. How much work to switch?
One session is enough to start: the organisation, a course sheet, the first session, and the documents come out within the hour. Trainees import from CSV; history stays in the old tool — the sessions to come are what count for the audit.
What if you shut down? What happens to my evidence?
You do not have to wait to get it back: lists as CSV, documents and archives downloadable at any time. The processing agreement provides for full restitution for thirty days after the subscription ends — monthly, with no commitment.
