Qualiopi firms and consultants: your clients run their compliance in Qualiomatic, and you earn a commission on what they actually pay — without touching their billing or their independence.
Affiliation
Share your link: every organisation that signs up through it and subscribes earns you 20% of their pre-tax payments for 12 months (default terms, frozen on your record at activation).
- Commission on revenue actually collected — established by payments, never estimated.
- Automatic monthly payout from €20 accrued, by transfer (Stripe Connect), with an invoice issued in your name (self-billing).
- A partner space in the app: referrals, commissions, payouts and invoices.
Firms: manage your clients
For firms supporting several organisations, partner status opens a consolidated space: each client — attached with their explicit consent, revocable on both sides — is monitored from a single screen.
- Each client's Qualiopi progress and audit deadlines, side by side.
- Create and prepare a new client's file, then invite their administrator.
- Wholesale billing available: you carry your clients' subscriptions at wholesale prices, and set your own public prices freely.
How it works
- You write to us; we activate your partner status and your personal link.
- You accept the partner agreement in your space, then set up your payout account (identity and IBAN collected by Stripe, never by us).
- Your clients sign up through your link: their payments accrue your commissions, paid out monthly with their invoice.
The ground rules
- Never any “profit sharing”: the commission is a percentage of pre-tax revenue collected, nothing else.
- Your clients remain Qualiomatic customers: their subscription, data and GDPR obligations do not go through you.
- Certification bodies cannot be partners: the independence required by Cofrac accreditation is not negotiable.
