Qualiopi consultants and firms: your clients keep their file in Qualiomatic, and you earn a commission on what they pay. Without touching their billing or their independence.
Recommend, earn a commission
Share your link. Every organisation that signs up through it and subscribes earns you 20% of their pre-tax payments for 12 months (starting terms, fixed on your record at activation).
- Commission calculated on what the client actually paid, never on an estimate.
- Automatic monthly payout by bank transfer from €20 accrued, with an invoice issued in your name.
- A partner space in the app: referred clients, commissions, payouts, invoices.
Firms: follow all your clients from one screen
If you support several organisations, you attach them to your firm, with their consent (revocable on both sides). You then follow them from a single screen.
- Each client’s Qualiopi progress and audit date, side by side.
- Create and prepare a new client’s file, then invite their manager.
- Group billing available: you pay your clients’ subscriptions at a wholesale rate and set your own prices.
How it works
- You write to us. We activate your partner status and your personal link.
- You accept the partner agreement in your space, then set up your payout account (identity and IBAN collected by Stripe, never by us).
- Your clients sign up through your link. Their payments feed your commissions, paid out monthly with their invoice.
The rules
- The commission is a percentage of pre-tax revenue collected. Nothing else.
- Your clients remain Qualiomatic customers: subscription, data and GDPR obligations do not go through you.
- Certification bodies cannot be partners: their independence is a condition of their accreditation.
