- You are a registered training provider, alone or with several trainers, and you sell training courses.
- You want your day-to-day admin (sessions, documents, attendance, questionnaires) to fill your Qualiopi file, instead of coming back to it the night before the audit.
- You work in a browser, and your learners can sign from their phone (or on paper when needed).
- You prefer public prices, a monthly subscription with no commitment, and data you can take back at any time.
Not for you if…
- Your activity is limited to skills assessments, VAE or apprenticeships (CFA): those categories are not covered.
- You are looking first for a quoting and invoicing tool: Qualiomatic does not do that.
- You need a platform for self-paced online courses (e-learning): this is not an LMS.
- You want built-in video conferencing: we use yours.

What works

A ticked box proves nothing: no time, no author, no link to the document. The evidence is elsewhere (emails, scans, binders), and only you know where.

The same entry produces the document and the evidence. Each indicator’s status is calculated from what was done. And every list exports to Excel: you keep your spreadsheet.

Your doubts, our answers
“My spreadsheet and my Drive are enough.”
For managing, yes. For proving things to an auditor, no: a spreadsheet says neither who did what, nor when. Here, the session you plan produces the agreement, the attendance sheet and the certificate, and the indicator’s status is calculated from what was done.
“I have no time to re-enter everything.”
One session is enough to start: the organisation, a course, the first session, and the documents come out within the hour. Learners import from Excel. History stays in the old tool: for the audit, the coming sessions are what count.
“My trainers won’t adopt yet another tool.”
Three screens are enough for them: the attendance grid, the materials, the questionnaires, from a phone in the classroom. And they gain from the first session: no more sheets to scan.
“Not all my learners have a smartphone.”
They do not need one: the trainer ticks those present, the paper sheet prints, and questionnaires open from an email link, no account needed. The learner space stays optional.
“Will the auditor accept a digital attendance sheet?”
Qualiopi imposes no format: it asks for proof of attendance. Each signature is time-stamped by our servers, with IP address and device. And read-only auditor access lets them check for themselves.
“I am already certified, my audit is far off.”
The surveillance audit examines the sessions run since the last one: every session without solid evidence cannot be recovered. And on 1 November 2026, Qualiopi moves to 33 indicators; the application adapts on the date.
“What if you shut down? What happens to my evidence?”
It stays yours: lists, documents and archives can be downloaded at any time. If you leave, we hand everything back for thirty days. The subscription is monthly, with no commitment.
“It is too expensive for a freelancer.”
With one or two sessions a year, stay on the free plan: it stays free. Beyond that, the subscription replaces manual sending, sheets to scan and days of audit preparation. No commitment, and you can go back to free without losing anything.
What Qualiomatic does not do
Better to know before you sign up. For each gap, what we offer instead.
Quotes and invoices
No quote or invoice comes out of the application. The session price feeds the agreement and the annual return; your invoicing tool stays in place, and lists export for your accountant.
CPF, OPCO and France Travail files
No connection to the funders’ platforms. You state each client’s funder for the annual return, your client has their own online space, and thirty public guides describe the procedures.
Video conferencing
You use your usual video tool: its link goes in the materials. Remote attendance, however, is handled (session code and connection check, Pro plan).
The other categories of the framework
Skills assessments, VAE and apprenticeships are not covered. The scope is training courses.
A guarantee of certification
No tool can give it. The audit is carried out by an independent certification body, which alone decides.
Qualified electronic signature
The agreement is signed online with a finger or mouse, with time, IP address and document fingerprint. It is a simple electronic signature, not a qualified signature from an accredited provider.
