The editor looks like what you know: the list of slides on the left, formatting, your notes, slide templates (title, image, two columns). Six themes, including a high-contrast one for poorly lit rooms.
On the day, you project full screen from the browser. One key opens the presenter view (your notes, on your screen only). Nothing to install on the classroom computer, no file to carry around. The deck also exports to PDF.
A slide deck publishes like any material: your learners view it, and download it if you allow it. Attached to the course rather than a session, it serves every following session.

Materials published as the session goes
You drop your materials onto the session by drag and drop, then publish them when you want: often when the topic comes up, rather than all at once the night before. Material published mid-session appears for learners without a page reload.
A material has three states: hidden, viewable online, or downloadable. Useful for what you show without wanting it to circulate. Formats and size are checked (25 MB per file), and only enrolled people can download.
Documents, slide decks, quizzes and links fit in a single list. A link publishes and hides like a file: the video-call room is no longer an address pasted into an email.
Whatever is attached to the course forms a library: it appears in every session, hidden, and you choose for each group what it should see.

Quizzes, level test and satisfaction
You write your questionnaires here: single or multiple choice, true/false, free text, 1-to-5 scale, with a mark per question. Closed questions mark themselves, the final score is calculated.
A quiz goes from draft to published, then closed. Each learner answers once. You read the results as an overview (response rate, average, breakdown per question) or learner by learner.
The three questionnaires Qualiopi requires are provided: level test before the course, satisfaction at the end, follow-up two months later. You set them once for the organisation. A course or a session can adapt them if needed.
The level test is built from the course objectives: the learner rates themselves from 1 to 5 on each. Satisfaction uses the seven official criteria and gives the score out of 10 the auditor looks at. The follow-up questionnaire goes out on its own two months after the end.
All three print too, with exactly the same questions as the online version. A room without computers no longer loses you the evidence.

A learner space that makes people want to finish
Everything you publish lands in the same place for the learner: materials, slide decks, questionnaires, attendance signing, and their certificate as soon as the course ends. PDFs open directly. A learner trained by several providers finds everything in the same space: the account is theirs.
A progress bar, levels and badges go with them. The aim is concrete: a learner who sees what is left to do fills in their questionnaires, and your response rates are what an auditor looks at.

Can I create my quizzes and slide decks directly in Qualiomatic?
Yes, both, in the browser. Slide decks are built in a slide editor (formatting, notes, six themes), projected full screen on the day and exported to PDF.
Quizzes accept single or multiple choice, true/false, free text and 1-to-5 scale; closed questions mark themselves. Slide decks, documents, quizzes and links publish the same way, when you decide.
Do I have to set everything up again for each new session?
No. What you decide once then applies everywhere: the usual pattern, signing hours, mandatory questionnaires, at organisation level. Each course can have its own values (usual venue, usual trainers, hours).
A new session therefore arrives pre-filled, schedule included. You pick a first day and only correct what differs. Each screen shows where the applied value comes from.
Does Qualiomatic replace an e-learning platform? What does the learner space do?
It is not a platform for self-paced online courses (LMS). It is a management and compliance tool, which distributes a session’s materials.
The learner finds the published materials, slide decks, quizzes, attendance signing and, as soon as the course ends, their certificate to download. Visible progress (points, levels, badges) goes with them. The teaching content remains yours.
What if the room has no computers or connection?
Everything that is signed or filled in also exists on paper: the day’s attendance sheet and the three mandatory questionnaires, with exactly the same questions as online.
Items collected on paper are declared with a tick in the tracking. A paper day in the middle of a digital session does not make a missing item appear.
One consequence: paper answers are not counted automatically. For them to weigh in your rates, enter each learner’s satisfaction score in their record.
Not all my learners have a smartphone, or are comfortable with one.
They do not need one. The trainer ticks those present, and the attendance sheet prints for a handwritten signature. Questionnaires open from an email link, no account needed, and print too.
The learner space stays optional: nothing in your Qualiopi file depends on it.
I train remotely. Is that covered?
Yes, with your usual video tool: its link goes in the session’s materials, and learners find it in their space. Qualiomatic does not include video conferencing.
Remote attendance is what counts for the audit. The learner signs their half-day from their browser. With the Pro plan, a code given out loud and a connection check record the time actually spent. A dropout loses nothing.
