Slide decks built and played in the browser
The editor looks like what you expect from a presentation tool: a slide rail on the left to navigate and reorder, rich formatting, presenter notes, layout presets (title, section break, image, two columns). Six themes dress it, one of them high-contrast for poorly lit rooms.
On the day, the deck plays full screen straight from the browser: arrow keys move you on, one key opens the presenter view (your notes, on your screen only) and another the overview. Nothing to install on the room’s machine, no file to carry around. The same deck exports to PDF through the browser’s print dialog.
A deck is published like any other material: it becomes viewable by the enrolled trainees, and downloadable only if you allow it. Decks attached to the course rather than to one session form a library, reused from one session to the next with no copying.
- Slide rail, rich formatting, presenter notes
- Layout presets and six themes, one of them high-contrast
- Images uploaded to the session inserted in one click
- Full-screen projection, presenter view, overview
- PDF export, and a deck library at course level
Materials published as the session runs
Course materials are dropped onto the session, then published whenever you want, often at the moment the topic comes up rather than all at once the night before. A file published during the session appears for connected trainees without them reloading the page.
A material can be in one of three states: hidden, viewable online, or downloadable. The distinction matters for what you are willing to show without letting it circulate. Formats and size are checked on upload (25 MB per file), and downloads go through a route that verifies the requester’s role.
Documents, slide decks, quizzes and external links fit in a single searchable, filterable list, with an “Origin” column telling which ones come from the course library. A link is published and hidden like a file: the video-conference room is no longer an address pasted into an e-mail.
As with slide decks, whatever is attached to the course forms a library: it appears in each of its sessions, hidden, and you choose session by session what that group should see. A material coming from the course cannot be deleted there. Removing it would remove it from every other group.
- One single list: documents, slide decks, quizzes and external links
- Drag-and-drop upload onto the session
- Hidden, viewable online or downloadable, case by case
- Formats and size checked (25 MB per file)
- Downloads served through a route that checks the role

Quizzes, positioning and satisfaction
Questionnaires are built inside the application: single or multiple choice, true/false, free text, 1-to-5 scale, with a mark per question. Closed questions are graded automatically as soon as the answer is submitted, free text is graded by hand, and the final mark computes itself.
A quiz lives in three stages: draft while you write it, published while trainees answer (once each), then closed. You can give it a scheduled opening date. Results read at two levels: the overall view (response rate, average, question-by-question distribution) and each trainee’s detail.
The three statutory questionnaires need not be written at all, nor redone from one session to the next. You set them once for the organisation; a course refines them if its audience calls for it; a session only touches them when it deviates; and every screen states where the one it shows comes from.
The positioning questionnaire expands from the course objectives: the learner self-assesses from 1 to 5 on each, and their average becomes the entry score. The satisfaction survey uses the seven official criteria and feeds the out-of-10 score of indicator 30. The follow-up survey opens on its own 60 days after the session ends.
Each of the three also prints, carrying the questions of the template that actually applies to the session: the sheet handed out in the room and the online questionnaire cannot diverge, and a room with no computers no longer costs you the evidence. You declare the collection with one tick, and carry the resulting scores over so they count towards your rates.
- Single and multiple choice, true/false, free text, 1-to-5 scale
- Automatic grading of closed questions, computed final mark
- Draft → published → closed cycle, one answer per trainee
- Statutory questionnaires set once, reused by every course and every session
- Positioning expanded from the course objectives
- Satisfaction on the 7 official criteria, follow-up survey 60 days later
- Printable version of all three, asking the questions of the template in force

A trainee space that makes people finish
Everything you publish lands in one place for the trainee: materials, slide decks, questionnaires, attendance, and their certificate as soon as the session is completed. PDFs open in a built-in viewer. A trainee taught by several providers finds all their courses in the same space: the account belongs to them.
Visible progress (a progress bar, levels, streaks, badges) supports the journey and serves a clear purpose: a trainee who can see what is left to do fills in their questionnaires, and your response rates are exactly what an auditor looks at.
- All their courses, even across several organisations
- Built-in PDF viewer, with no download first
- Downloadable certificate once the session is completed
- Progress, levels, streaks and badges

Frequently asked questions on this subject
Can I create my quizzes and slide decks directly in Qualiomatic?
Yes, both are built in the browser, with no software to install. Slide decks are composed in a slide editor (rich formatting, presenter notes, layout presets, six themes), play full screen on the day (presenter view included) and export to PDF.
Questionnaires support single and multiple choice, true/false, free text and 1-to-5 scales; closed questions are graded automatically. A quiz moves from draft to published, each trainee answers once, then it closes. Slide decks, documents, quizzes and external links live in the same list and are published the same way: they appear in the enrolled trainees’ space at the moment you decide.
Do I have to set everything up again for each new session?
No. What you decide once applies on its own to everything below. The Default settings page holds the organisation’s settings (the typical outline of a training run, attendance hours and signing window, templates for the three statutory questionnaires), and every course sheet carries its own defaults: an outline of its own, usual venue, usual trainers, programme hours, learner type for the annual return.
A session created afterwards arrives pre-filled, schedule included: you give a first day, the outline lands from there, and you only correct what differs. Every screen states where the value it applies comes from (“Organisation template”, “Course template”) and offers to hand control back to the level above with a single button, questionnaires included, which therefore no longer need generating.
Does Qualiomatic replace an LMS? What exactly does the trainee portal do?
Qualiomatic is not an LMS in the sense of self-paced, modular e-learning courses: it is a Qualiopi compliance tool, centered on running a session and distributing its materials.
Concretely, trainees find the published materials, the course slide decks, the quizzes, digital attendance and, once the session is marked “Completed”, their downloadable certificate of completion. Visible progress (points, levels, badges) supports them without replacing the teaching content, which remains whatever you upload.
What if the room has no computers and no connection?
Everything that gets signed or filled in also exists in a printable version: the attendance sheet for the day concerned, and the three statutory questionnaires (positioning, end-of-course satisfaction, follow-up evaluation). The printed questions are those of the template that actually applies to the session, so exactly those of the online version: an auditor comparing the two media finds the same questionnaire.
The document tracker adapts: items collected on paper are declared with a tick, while those the application can prove (a released questionnaire, a complete attendance grid) mark themselves. So a paper day in the middle of a digital session does not raise a missing-item alert.
One consequence to know about: paper answers join no calculation. The out-of-10 score of indicator 30 and the published rates are derived from online answers. For a session collected on paper to weigh in your figures, enter each trainee’s satisfaction score on their session record. The rest follows on its own.
Not all my trainees have a smartphone, or are comfortable with one.
They do not need one. The trainer marks present those who did not sign, and the attendance sheet prints out for a handwritten fallback signature. The three regulatory questionnaires open from a link received by e-mail, with no account to create, and they print too.
The trainee portal remains optional: materials, certificate and progress are there, in French or in English, and nothing in the compliance file depends on it.
I train remotely. Is that covered?
Yes, with the video tool you already use: the virtual classroom link goes into the session’s materials, and trainees find it in their portal. Qualiomatic does not embed video conferencing.
Remote attendance is what matters for the audit. The trainee signs their half-day from their browser, within the slot’s window; with the Pro plan, a room code given out loud and a presence check during the session record the time actually spent connected. Connection drops are tolerated: nothing is lost, seconds that could not be sent go out with the next reading.
