How it works
First of all, a completeness gauge is available for free. Indicator by indicator, it says what is filled in and what is still missing.
The mock audit itself repeats what the auditor does. It draws learner files at random and opens them item by item: agreement, attendance, certificate, satisfaction, level test. The same draw number gives the same files, so you can check that a fix has worked.
At the end, a scored verdict: a mark out of 100 and a grade from A to D. That is how an audit concludes, and a number can be compared from one run to the next.

From gaps to fixes
A report that lists what is wrong leaves all the work to be done. Here, each gap carries a severity (critical, major, minor) and a button that opens the screen where you fix it: the learner’s record, the session, the indicator.
The run leaves a trace: a printable report and a curve of the score, audit after audit. That curve is what shows your process is moving forward.
The gaps found can become corrective actions in your register, with an owner and a deadline. Their origin is kept: you can tell what the mock audit found from what you declared yourself.

Does the mock audit replace the Qualiopi audit?
No. The mock audit is a rehearsal: it draws files at random, inspects them like an auditor and gives you a score, so you fix your gaps before the day.
The real audit is carried out by an independent certification body, which alone decides.

Does Qualiomatic guarantee I will obtain the Qualiopi certification?
No. No tool can guarantee it: the certification body decides, during the audit. Qualiomatic files your evidence (status per indicator, documents, time-stamped attendance, satisfaction) so that your file is complete and consistent on the day.
The audit is carried out by a certification body independent of Qualiomatic.
My Qualiopi consultant handles everything. What would the tool do for me?
The consultant designs the system; the tool keeps it alive between two visits. That is where evidence gets lost: an unsigned sheet, a forgotten questionnaire, a watch entry without a date. Qualiomatic produces them as sessions go and shows what is missing.
Invite your consultant: as an administrator, they set up templates and questionnaires with you; as an auditor, they review the file read-only, as the certification body will. The mock audit gives them a sample, gaps and a score.
I am already certified and my next audit is far off. Why now?
Because the surveillance audit examines the sessions run since the last one. Every session held without solid evidence is one less session to show, and it cannot be recovered afterwards.
Starting costs little: the free plan, with no credit card, is enough to run a real session. And on 1 November 2026, Qualiopi moves to 33 indicators: the application adapts on the date.
Will the generated documents be accepted by the auditor?
The auditor judges the content of a document, not the software that produced it. Qualiopi imposes no format: an agreement is worth its mentions, an attendance sheet what it proves. The templates provided contain those mentions, and remain editable.
The advantage over copied documents is consistency: dates, length, price and names come from the session, so the agreement, joining instructions and certificate all say the same thing.
