Run your organisation

Day-to-day management of your training business, without a spreadsheet

Sessions, clients, trainees, trainers, rooms and access accounts: the whole organisation in one application.

A session’s schedule is filled in on a calendar: one click sets a day, a drag sets a range, a click on the Tuesday column sets every Tuesday of the month. Its dates, duration and status follow from it, and a new session asks only for a first day.

The directory carries the rest (clients, trainees, trainers, rooms) in records you create and edit from one dialog. A missing CV, or one three years old, shows up in the list.

The landing screen, for its part, is put together afresh on every visit: a grid of tiles where whatever calls for action comes first — a session to sign for today, a missing document, an open complaint. A tile with nothing to show stays away, and the grid can also be laid out by hand.

  • Schedule set on a calendar, dates and duration computed
  • CSV import and export on every list, active filters included
  • Columns, widths and filters adjustable list by list
  • Accounts created by invitation: the organisation never sets a password
  • Duplication of a whole session, questionnaires and slide decks included

Ten legal documents generated, never retyped again

Programme, agreement, joining instructions, attendance sheets, certificates: all generated from the session’s own data.

Each session keeps its checklist: programme, agreement, joining instructions, house rules, attendance sheets, completion statement, certificate. Items are composed from your real data, then print and export to PDF.

They then go out on their own: joining instructions before the course, certificate at closure, follow-up evaluation on day 60. The send ticks the item. Messages to the commissioning client wait for your decision.

Your e-mails and your documents in your own colours: design, palette, logo, live preview — with the Pro plan. Printed documents stay sober and legible: the paper never darkens, colour only dresses headings and rules.

  • Programme, training agreement and contract (French labour code L. 6353-1 et seq.)
  • Completion statement and certificate of completion
  • Templates editable by the organisation, applied to every session
  • Joining instructions, completion statement and follow-up evaluation sent with no click to remember
  • Client space: their agreement, their own staff’s documents, an attendance extract limited to them
  • Customisable e-mails: design, palette, accent colour and logo
  • Customisable documents: the same design, palette and logo, all the way to paper

Materials, slide decks, quizzes and links, in a single list

Build your slides, upload your materials, write your quizzes, and release them as the session runs.

Slide decks are built here: a slide rail, presenter notes, six themes, then full-screen projection from the browser and PDF export. Nothing to install on the room’s machine.

Documents, decks, quizzes and external links live in one list, each with its own visibility. Whatever is attached to the course comes back in each of its sessions with no re-uploading.

  • One single list: documents, slide decks, quizzes and external links
  • Slide editor, presenter notes, presenter view, PDF export
  • Published mid-session, visible to trainees with no reload
  • View-only or downloadable, file by file
  • A library at course level, reused by each of its sessions

A trainee space that makes people finish

Materials, quizzes, attendance and certificate in one place, with visible progress.

Trainees find all their courses, even from different providers. There they download their materials, answer questionnaires, sign their half-days and collect their certificate as soon as the session is completed.

Progress, levels and badges make headway legible, and the effect shows: a trainee who can see what is left answers. Your response rates count on audit day.

  • All their courses, even across several organisations
  • Half-day signing from a phone
  • Downloadable certificate once the session is completed
  • Progress, levels and badges

A website and catalogue under your own name

Your courses online, carrying the details indicator 1 requires — without retyping them.

A public mini-site at your own address: home page, browsable catalogue, one page per course, free pages and a contact form. The content comes from your courses as already entered — objectives, prerequisites, duration, price, lead time, accessibility, upcoming dates.

Four designs, six palettes, one accent colour, no code — the same palettes as your e-mails, for one identity across both. Your satisfaction and success rates publish themselves (ind. 2), the catalogue prints to PDF, and incoming requests land in your workspace rather than a shared mailbox.

  • Four ready-made designs and six palettes, customisable accent colour
  • Course pages fed by your courses: no double entry
  • Published rates and upcoming dates updated on their own
  • Free pages built from blocks, starting from templates
  • Catalogue printable to PDF, and contact requests in your workspace

The annual training report, pre-filled

The official French annual return fills itself from your actual year: you only key in what the application cannot know.

Trainees, hours, sessions and categories are recomputed from the financial year, box by box, laid out like the official form. You only key in your turnover and your expenses.

Section C breaks itself down: name each client’s funder, and every euro lands on the right line, partial coverage and remaining balance included.

  • Official form 10443*17 reviewed on screen, box by box
  • Recomputed from the sessions and trainees of the financial year
  • Funder catalogue: industry funds, self-employed funds, personal training account, employment service, regions, State, Europe
  • Printing and PDF export from the browser

Working together on the same session

Shared screens update by themselves, and you see who is editing what while they edit it.

Organisation settings, document templates and a session’s materials stay in sync live: other people’s presence is visible, and their typing shows up field by field.

A file published during the session appears on the trainees’ screens with no reload. No trainee personal data travels through these notifications.

  • Collaborative editing of settings and templates
  • Presence and cursors of other users
  • Published materials instantly visible to trainees
  • Compartmentalised roles: everyone sees only what concerns them

Steer your Qualiopi

Every Qualiopi indicator, always up to date

A tracking board that fills itself from your data, indicator by indicator.

The French National Quality Framework is built in whole: expected level, expected evidence, status and working notes, indicator by indicator. The ones that do not concern you disappear, based on your organisation’s activity profile.

An indicator’s status is not a checkbox: it is computed from your real data — signed attendance sheets, generated documents, collected assessments, maintained registers — so the board moves forward as you work. Every failing check carries a button that leads to the screen where it gets fixed. You keep control: any status can be set by hand, for evidence that lives outside the software.

The framework also demands actions that happen elsewhere: publishing your catalogue, training yourself, meeting a partner. They are listed under each indicator, to be ticked, and they count towards the rate — so an indicator never reads “compliant” while work remains outside. Recurring tasks (every session, or ongoing) reopen by themselves after a few months: a box ticked two years ago proves nothing, and the board says so.

The decree of 1 August 2026 takes the framework to 33 indicators on 1 November. The application knows both versions and switches over on the day, with nothing to install and nothing to enable.

  • Each indicator’s status derived from your data, with nothing to tick
  • Off-software tasks to tick, reopening when they need doing again
  • Compliance rate computed over applicable indicators only
  • Registers of complaints, incidents and monitoring duties (ind. 23 to 25, 31, 32)
  • Trainers’ CVs and diplomas on file, three-year-old CVs flagged (ind. 21)
  • Read-only auditor role, with personal data anonymised
  • The 1 November 2026 reform absorbed on the day it takes effect

From the client’s need to the follow-up survey: the full loop

Needs are gathered before registrations open; the statutory questionnaires are already there and grade themselves.

The commissioning client describes their need through a link, with no account (indicator 4). The positioning questionnaire then expands from the course objectives, and is filled through a link too, before trainee accounts even exist.

The three statutory questionnaires are set once for the organisation. Satisfaction feeds the out-of-10 score of indicator 30, the follow-up survey opens on its own 60 days later, and your published rates follow.

  • Needs analysis through a link, with no account (ind. 4)
  • Positioning expanded from the objectives, filled through a link (ind. 8)
  • Automatic grading of closed questions, computed mark
  • Satisfaction on the 7 official criteria, follow-up survey 60 days later (ind. 30)
  • Satisfaction and success rates computed, session then course (ind. 2)

Digital attendance that stands as evidence

Each trainee signs their half-days, on the day itself, from their phone.

The signable slots are those on the schedule, and the window is locked by our servers, on French time. Every signature keeps its timestamp, IP address and device fingerprint, readable by hovering the box.

The trainer watches the grid fill up live and ticks off those present who did not sign. A box left empty when the slot closes turns into an absence. The paper sheet is still printable, one day at a time.

  • Slots opened by the schedule, per-day exceptional hours included
  • Signing window locked server-side (Paris time)
  • Room code and remote attendance check
  • Absence tracked when the slot closes, or declared by the trainer
  • Sheet printable one day at a time, each carrying a full header

A mock audit before the real one

A sample drawn, an item-by-item inspection, a scored verdict: the Qualiopi audit before the auditor.

A reproducible draw number picks a sample of trainee files, inspected item by item: agreement, attendance records, attestation, satisfaction, positioning. The verdict then lands: a score out of 100 and a grade from A to D.

Every gap carries its severity and a button that opens the right screen, rings the field to correct and says what the auditor expects there. The completeness gauge stays free at all times.

  • Free completeness gauge, indicator by indicator
  • Reproducible sample draw, just like a real auditor
  • Scored verdict: a score out of 100 and a grade from A to D
  • Guided fixing: every gap leads to the exact field, explained
  • Printable report and progress curve, audit after audit
