Your mandatory documents, generated in one click
Programme, agreement, joining instructions, attendance sheet, certificates: everything comes out of the session data, nothing left to retype.
Each session has its list of documents to produce: programme, agreement, joining instructions, house rules, attendance sheets, certificate of completion. Each one is generated from your data, printed, and downloaded as a PDF in one click — the file is produced by our servers, so it looks the same whatever browser asks for it.
They then go out on their own: the joining instructions before the course, the certificate at the end, the follow-up questionnaire two months later. Sending ticks the document off the list. Messages to your clients wait for your go-ahead.
With the Pro plan, your emails and documents carry your logo and colours. Paper stays light and readable: colour dresses the headings, not the text.

The learner finds all their courses, even across several providers. They download their materials, answer questionnaires, sign their attendance and collect their certificate as soon as the course ends.

Your courses online, with every mention Qualiopi requires, without retyping anything.
A small website at your address: home page, catalogue, one page per course, free pages and a contact form. The content comes from the courses you have already entered: objectives, prerequisites, length, price, lead time, accessibility, upcoming dates.
Four layouts, six colour sets, your own colour, zero lines of code. Your satisfaction and success rates publish themselves (Qualiopi asks for it). The catalogue prints to PDF, and contact requests land in your workspace.

The mandatory annual return (BPF), pre-filled
The French annual training return fills itself from your real year. You only add what the application cannot know.
Learners, hours, sessions and categories are recalculated from the past year, in the layout of the official form (cerfa 10443*17). You only enter your revenue and your costs.
The source of funds splits itself: state each client’s funder (OPCO, CPF, France Travail…) and every euro lands on the right line.

Work as a team without stepping on each other
Screens update on their own, you see who is changing what, and anything that needs your attention is flagged.
Settings, document templates and a session’s materials sync live between colleagues. You see who is there and what they are typing, field by field.
Material published during the session appears for learners without a page reload. No learner personal data travels through these signals.
Anything that needs a hand arrives in a bell: a complaint filed, joining instructions that did not go out, an agreement signed by the client. A summary email only goes out if you have not seen it in the application.

Your Qualiopi file, always up to date
A tracking board that fills itself from your data, indicator by indicator.
Qualiopi is checked point by point: those points are the indicators. The application lists them all, with what the auditor expects and the evidence to show. Those that do not concern you disappear, depending on your activity.
Each indicator’s status is not a checkbox: it is calculated from what you have actually done (attendance signed, documents produced, questionnaires filled in, registers kept). When something is missing, a button takes you to the screen where you fix it. For evidence that lives outside the software, you keep control.
Some obligations happen elsewhere: publishing your catalogue, training yourself, meeting professionals. They are listed under each indicator, to tick, and count towards your rate. Those that recur reopen on their own after a few months.
On 1 November 2026, Qualiopi goes from 32 to 33 indicators. The application knows both versions and switches on the date, with nothing to do.

The mandatory questionnaires, sent and scored without you
Client needs, starting level, satisfaction right after and weeks later: everything is ready, everything goes out on its own, everything gets counted.
Before the course, your client describes their needs through a simple link, without an account (Qualiopi requires it). Each learner then rates their starting level against the course objectives, by link too.
The three mandatory questionnaires are provided and set up once and for all. Satisfaction gives the score out of 10 the auditor looks at, the follow-up questionnaire goes out on its own two months after the end, and your published rates follow.

The digital attendance sheet that counts as evidence
Each learner signs their half-day, on the day, from their phone.
The slots to sign are those of the schedule. Signing is only possible within the set window, enforced by our servers on Paris time. Each signature keeps its time, IP address and device.
The trainer watches the grid fill in live and ticks those who have not signed. An empty box at the end of the slot becomes an absence. The paper sheet stays printable, day by day.

A practice audit before the real one
The application draws files at random, inspects them like an auditor and gives you a score. You fix things before the day.
The mock audit draws learner files at random and inspects them item by item: agreement, attendance, certificate, satisfaction, level test. Then it gives its verdict: a score out of 100 and a grade from A to D.
Each gap shows its severity, and a button opens the right screen, on the field to fix, with what the auditor expects. The completeness gauge, meanwhile, stays free at all times.
